My stay had its ups and downs. The service from the staff was top-notch, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The views from my room were simply breathtaking. However, the hotel itself felt a bit neglected and the dining experience could definitely be improved. Overall, while the service and views were great, the condition of the hotel left much to be desired.
